    Founded in 1955, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Einstein) is one of the nation’s premier institutions for medical education, basic research and clinical investigation. A full-time faculty of some 2,000 conducts research, teaches, and delivers health care in every major biomedical specialty.     • Creating executive summary reports with metrics on department’s progress, variance to plan, and achievement of key milestones;
    • Coordinates all IT projects and ensures departments resources are utilized appropriately;
    • Compiles status reports, coordinates schedules, and identifies and resolves logistics problems;
    • Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately;
    • Provide administrative support including coordinating meetings & maintaining calendars for the department;
    • Coordinate all departmental events


    • A Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years or related experience required; equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

    Skills and Competencies

    • Strong organizational, communication, and service oriented skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills; excellent customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail (high integrity, analytical))
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
