POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with IT to ensure portal is working effectively
  • Manages Annual Feedback Program for full-time faculty
    • Ensures Feedback portal is accurately populated
    • Manages communications with faculty re Feedback Program for full-time faculty
    • Monitors completion of faculty feedback and provides reports to senior leadership
    • Sends reminders to faculty and chairs re status of completion
    • Creates reports for accrediting agencies such as LCME
    • Responds to questions and issues from chairs and faculty about program
  • Manages Annual Feedback Program for voluntary, PT, emeritus, and adjunct faculty in coordination with Office of Medical Education
    • Creates accurate list of voluntary, PT, emeritus, and adjunct faculty requiring feedback
    • Collaborates w/Sr Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Director of Faculty Resources, Office of Medical Education to create process for feedback
    • Works with IT to determine optimal way to monitor completion of feedback
    • Monitors completion of feedback and provides reports to senior leadership
    • Sends reminders to faculty and chairs re status of completion
    • Creates reports for accrediting agencies such as LCME
    • Responds to questions and issues from chairs and faculty about program
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years data analyst experience

Minimum Salary Range

USD $67,500.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary Range

USD $75,000.00/Yr.
