Our biggest event of the year for Einstein Alumni is Reunion! The Reunion Dinner Dance takes place on Sunday October 19, 2025 at the Manhattan Penthouse from 6pm - 10pm. Alumni Day takes place on Monday October 20, 2025 on Einstein Campus from 8am - 6pm. We are looking for student workers to assist us throughout this two-day event. We are also looking for student workers who are available the week before to come in and help prep for the events. When applying please provide your availability for the week of October 13 to October 20.
Expectations:
● Must be able to work at least 5 hours
Responsibilities May Include:
● Registration: Check guests in, give out name tags and ribbons
● Usher/ Greeter: Help greet our guests and show them the way if needed
● Runner: An extra set of hands to help if any issues come about
● Preparing Materials: Printing, Assist in stuffing gift bags, nametags, and other materials
● Campus Tours: Assist and lead tour groups
● Recording videos and pictures for social media use
● Other tasks as assigned
