About Us

The Research Technician will support a translational cancer biology laboratory focused on understanding how diet, metabolism, and the tumor microenvironment regulate colorectal cancer progression and metastasis. The lab uses advanced mouse models, patient-derived organoids, molecular biology, and multi-omics approaches (lipidomics, metabolomics, and transcriptomics) to study metabolic signaling pathways that control cancer stem cell states and metastatic initiation. The technician will assist with routine experimental procedures, including preparation and maintenance of cell culture and organoid models, basic mouse-model related procedures, execution of standard molecular and biochemical assays, and basic sample processing for downstream analysis.
